Refund Policy

Applicable To: All purchases, printing orders, merchandise, customised products, and services provided by Druckwise Private Limited.
 

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or cancellation requests shall only be accepted if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order.

  • The request is raised within the prescribed period communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Supporting evidence (images, videos, invoice copy, etc.) is provided where applicable.

  • Customised, personalised, or approved production orders may not qualify for returns unless manufacturing defects are proven.
     

2. Refund Approval

Upon successful verification and approval of the return/cancellation request, refunds shall be processed as per the applicable category of transaction.
 

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds up to ₹5,000 are generally processed within 2 business days from approval.

  • Refunds exceeding ₹5,000 may be processed within 7 working days due to additional verification requirements.

  • Where required, larger refunds may be released in multiple transactions or split payouts for operational or banking compliance purposes.
     

4. GST Treatment on Refunds

If statutory filings, including GST returns, have already been completed for the relevant tax period, the refundable amount shall be processed in accordance with applicable GST regulations and credit adjustments. Any adjustment shall be subject to prevailing tax laws.
 

5. Mode of Refund (Important)

All approved refunds shall be credited only to the original source account/payment method used while placing the order.

For avoidance of doubt:

  • Refunds will not be transferred to third-party accounts.

  • Refunds will not be issued to alternate bank accounts, wallets, UPI IDs, or payment methods different from the original transaction source.

  • Additional verification may be requested where payment source confirmation is required.
     

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be issued in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after production commencement.

  • Delays caused by incorrect information shared by the customer.

  • Approved artwork or customised printing errors after customer approval.

  • Orders completed as per specifications provided by the customer.
     

7. Final Decision

The company reserves the right to approve, reject, partially process, or adjust refund claims after internal review and verification.
